In the event of shorter cancellation periods, we reserve the right to charge you for the loss if the flat can no longer be rebooked for this period. The following cancellation conditions apply: - Cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival: free of charge - Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price -Cancellation up to 20 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price - Cancellation less than 20 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price - In the event of cancellation one day before arrival and shorter or no cancellation at all, we must charge 100% of the agreed total price. Unexpectedly shortened holiday: In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the booking price for the unused holiday days. Tip: Remember to take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in the event of an emergency.
